Cenium Earns Certified for Microsoft Dynamics Accreditation
Cenium Hotel Management System has met Microsoft’s highest standard for partner-developed software solutions

Cenium announced today that its Cenium Hotel Management System, is now Certified for Microsoft Dynamics, which signifies that the solution has met Microsoft Corp.’s highest standard for partner-developed software. By successfully meeting all certification requirements, Cenium can now carry the distinct Certified for Microsoft Dynamics logo.
Solutions that are Certified for Microsoft Dynamics have demonstrated development quality and compatibility with the Microsoft Dynamics product on which it runs by passing rigorous VeriTest software solution testing for Microsoft Dynamics and are profiled in the Microsoft Partner Solution Profiler tool. In addition, the Microsoft Dynamics partner must have customers who are successfully using the certified solution and are willing to recommend it, be enrolled in a Partner Service Plan with Microsoft, and be a Gold Certified Partner in the Microsoft Partner Program.
For customers, Certified for Microsoft Dynamics helps identify Microsoft Dynamics solutions that have been tested for compatibility, meet high quality standards, and are successfully used by existing customers. This certification represents a significant step in elevating the standard for partner-developed software solutions for industry-specific business applications. By highlighting these solutions, Microsoft also creates new opportunities for partners to expand their reseller channel and to better promote their packaged Microsoft Dynamics solution for customers.

Marketing of the Scandinavian Dynamics NAV Solution Cenium starts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Unterschleissheim, 17. July 2008. The German Microsoft Gold Certified Partner GWS (Gesellschaft für Warenwirtschafts-Systeme mbH) will exclusively market the Scandinavian ERP Solution Cenium for the Hotel and Hospitality industry. Cenium is based on Microsoft DynamicsTM (NAV) and covers all areas of the Hotel and Restaurant business from guest and restaurant management to accounting and human resources. Cenium interlocks with other Microsoft Solutions such as Microsoft BizTalk Server, Dynamics CRM or Office System to create a homogeneous IT infrastructure. The business solution was named after the Norwegian Microsoft partner Cenium who designed and developed it. Within the frame of the strategic co-operation of both Microsoft partners the GWS will exclusively market the Hotel business solution in Europe’s German speaking countries.
Cenium is especially suited for hotel chains, co-operations, mid-size and large hotels, but also embraces restaurants and canteens. According to the branch organisation DEHOGA, there are over 200,000 of these hotel and catering businesses in Germany with an annual IT-turnover of roughly 400 Million Euro.

Cenium Launches into North America

Cenium Inc.(USA) a subsidiary of Cenium AS (Norway) is pleased to announce the opening of it’s corporate office in Alpharetta, Georgia. “The opening of this office marks the launch of Cenium into the North American marketplace” indicates Klaus Hatle, CEO of Cenium AS. 17th February 2008 – London, Leading Hotel Software Solution provider Cenium AS has today officially launched the start of a UK Operation.
The new board of Directors recently met to sign the contracts of the newly formed company. Cenium UK Ltd will be implementing the all in one Hotel & Hospitality Management and Hospitality System Internationally. Some key hotel chains have already expressed an interest in the software that so many hoteliers are talking about and it is already being installed in a UK Hotel group.

New customer in Italy: FiniFast will use Cenium Staff Management System

New customer in Iceland: Blue Lagoon Spa has chosen Cenium Spa solution.
One of the most famous 'export brands' of Iceland is the amazing Blue Lagoon, located close to the Keflavik International Airport. This mixture of nature and human creation has attracted thousands of tourists with its unique blue lagoon, where you can relax and enjoy floating in the warm water.
In addition to this, the Blue Lagoon is producing and exporting a wide variety of Spa products that have proven successful worldwide.
In December 2007, the Blue Lagoon received an award from the 'Spa Finder' magazine as the best destination in the mineral spa category.

Largest restaurant chain in Norway, Dolly Dimple’s signs contract with Cenium for a new staff management solution
Dolly Dimple’s Pizza Chain is rapidly increasing in size, with an increasing need to control costs of staffing. They are already using solutions from Cenium for their 85 restaurant, 7 bakeries, call center and web shop. Dolly Dimple’s revenue is 600 Million NOK and have 2000 employees. Half of their employees are part time, making staff management particularly challenging.
Cenium Staff Management system (SMS) will help them in planning, rostering, hour registration, budget control of salary expenses and cost analysis.
Cenium Staff Management will be officially released on December 15th 2007.
Laugar Spa in Iceland shapes up their Spa system...
Laugar Spa is one of the Europe's most progressive Spa and Fitness centers. Opened in January 2004, in the heart of Reykjavik's sports and thermal bath area, it has established itself as a high quality provider of cosmetic and spa related services.
The Spa itself includes 8 Spa rooms, 8 cosmetic area sections, relax area, restaurant and number of sauna's and jacuzzi's.
The fitness part of the spa has capacity of 450 people in its hall of 5,100 m2.
Laugar decided to upgrade their existing appointment module to a fulfill their complex requirements, including the need for multiple resource reservation, work scheduling and 100% integration with accounting and point of sale.
After reviewing the options available, Laugar purchased the Cenium Spa module and the implementation took less than 2 days, including training and transfer of data from older solution.

Icelandairhotels selects Cenium for centralized operations of their 21 hotels
Icelandairhotels (Flugleidarhotel) has selected Cenium Hotel Management System as their standard for all their 21 hotels. The Icelandic Cenium certified partner, Skýrr has signed an agreement regarding implementation and training in the solution for the 21 hotels and central booking office.
