The Cenium Rental module is designed to keep track of rental contracts, outstanding payments, overdue returns, and the current location of the rental equipment. It uses the standard NAV CRM module (contacts) as the basis of the client information, and the point of sale to finalize the contract payments. The module also keeps track of maintenance history of the equipment and informs of scheduled maintenance due.
The main purpose of the Ticketing module is to provide a means of generating tickets when doing sales through point of sale, whether the tickets are printed with a photo or is an RFID card that needs activation. Rich additional features on pricing and availability of pricing, day & time pricing, and automatic generation of the point of sale menus is all part of the Cenium Ticketing module.
The Seasonal passes“ are provided through the standard Cenium Membership module, where season passes equal to memberships, which then can provide special pricing, discounting etc. Ticket sales are handled by additional POS commands/Actions which are used at the Point of sale.
A special version of the activities module provides all the functionality you require to run an efficient Ski School operation. Individal lessons, group lessons, scheduled classes and private lessons with your favorite ski instructor is handled in the Ski School module. Planning of all resources for the school is done in the system, as well as time reporting and rescheduling du to changes. Pricing and payment is as flexible as the rest of Cenium. The tight integration with Cenium Hospitality ERP, makes it possible to add ski school to your activity schedule when staying at the Resort and making sure your equipment and lift tickets are ready, all settled through your hotel room or cabin folio.
