The Comfort Express brand within Nordic Choice, caters to younger travelers who want simplicity and high tech options to optimize their travel experience. The Cenium solution offers convenient communication and check-in/out kiosks to live up to the expectations of the new generation and the busy traveler.
The Cenium FastTrack component expands Cenium’s service focus to provide properties a fully integrated solution for guest self-serve environments. Cenium FastTrack combines SMS communication prior to arrival with a smooth identification by QR code, name or other secure information at the kiosk for swift check in upon arrival. The check-in/-out process can be configured to include key card encoding, chip and pin preauthorization or payment, folio e-mailing and capturing of information or providing service options to the guest.
Cenium’s new kiosks utilizes a sleek iPad air with flexible furniture and mounting options to fit into new and existing reception environments.
